Below is our popular Athlete Programme that is a plan for those who are wanting a weekly strength and conditioning programme.

This weekly programme is designed for anyone and everyone, whether you’re training for a competition, the open, or just a good programme to follow for a healthier lifestyle.
All the movements in this programme will be RX movements but are made to be scaled to fit all types of fitness levels.
This programme will have the following:
- Strength Training
- Olympic lifting
This programme will have you training six times a week with one being swimming + accessories.
