- This programme is designed for anyone and everyone, whether your training for a competition, the open, or just a good programme to follow for a healthier lifestyle.
- All the movements in this programme will be RX movements but are made to be scaled to fit all types of fitness levels.
- This programme will have the following:
- Strength Training
- Olympic lifting
- Gymnastics
- Conditioning
- This programme will have you training six times a week with one swimming and accessory day.
