    athletes who have been doing strength
    and conditioning for 1-3 years.

    Main exercises in this programme are:
    Back/Front Squat
    Strict Press/Push Press
    Bench Press
    Deadlift
    Snatch
    Clean and Jerk

    This programme will have you doing strength training four times a week

    This programme is designed for our elite athletes who have been competing and doing strength and
    conditioning for 2-5 years.

    Main exercises in this programme are:
    Back/Front/Overhead Squat
    Strict press/Push Press/Split Jerk
    Bench Press
    Deadlift/Snatch Grip Deadlift
    Snatch
    Clean and Jerk

    This programme will have you strength training four times a week.
