Limitless Basic

This 8 week strength programme is designed for our beginner athletes who are just beginning their fitness journey or want to get some good strength gains using the basic strength exercises.

Main exercises in this programme are:

    • Back Squats
    • Strict Press
    • Bench Press
    • Deadlift

This programme will have you strength training three times a week

Limitless Intermediate

This 8 week strength programme is designed for our athletes who have been doing strength and conditioning for 1-3 years.

Main exercises in this programme are:

    • Back/Front Squat
    • Strict Press/Push Press
    • Bench Press
    • Deadlift
    • Snatch
    • Clean and Jerk

This programme will have you strength training four times a week

This 8 week strength programme is designed for our elite athletes who have been competing and doing strength and conditioning for 2-5 years.

Main exercises in this programme are:

    • Back/Front/Overhead Squat
    • Strict press/Push Press/Split Jerk
    • Bench Press
    • Deadlift/Snatch Grip Deadlift
    • Snatch
    • Clean and Jerk

This programme will have you strength training four times a week.

Athlete Programme

This weekly programme is designed for anyone and everyone, whether you’re training for a competition, the open, or just a good programme to follow for a healthier lifestyle.

All the movements in this programme will be RX movements but are made to be scaled to fit all types of fitness levels.

This programme will have the following:

  • Strength Training
  • Olympic lifting
  • Gymnastics
  • Conditioning

This programme will have you training six times a week with one being swimming + accessories.

Limitless Muscle

Hypertrophy training is all about putting on lean muscle mass. This programme has been specifically designed to get bigger and stronger muscles fast.

This 12 week programme is broken down like so:

      • Monday: Upper (chest and tri’s)
      • Tuesday: Lower (squats and accessories)
      • Wednesday: Upper (back and bi’s)
      • Thursday: Lower (deadlift and accessories)
      • Friday: Upper (shoulders and abs)

    This programme will have you training five times a week.
