There are three programmes to choose from, with options to suit all levels of fitness, all budgets, and all fitness goals.

Limitless Basic

This programme is designed for our beginner athletes who are just beginning there fitness journey or want to get some good strength gains using the basic strength exercises.

Main exercises in this programme are:

    • Back Squats
    • Strict Press
    • Bench Press
    • Deadlift

This programme will have you doing strength training three times a week

Limitless Intermediate

This programme is designed for our athletes who have been doing strength and conditioning for 1-3 years.

Main exercises in this programme are:

    • Back/Front Squat
    • Strict Press/Push Press
    • Bench Press
    • Deadlift
    • Snatch
    • Clean and Jerk

This programme will have you doing strength training three times a week

This programme is designed for our elite athletes who have been competing and doing strength and conditioning for 2-5 years.

Main exercises in this programme are:

    • Back/Front/Overhead Squat
    • Strict press/Push Press/Split Jerk
    • Bench Press
    • Deadlift/Snatch Grip Deadlift
    • Snatch
    • Clean and Jerk

This programme will have you strength training 5 times a week.

This programme is designed for our elite athletes who have been competing and doing strength and conditioning for 2-5 years.

Main exercises in this programme are:
